Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga based on flowing movements, directed breathing, mudras (hand gestures) and visualisation. Experience the stillness, clarity and calm that arises when we connect with our inner strength and purpose.
During the workshop we’ll explore the power of energy block release sequences to help free up tension in our body and mind. We’ll also practice flowing posture sequences with mudras to create harmony and balance that we can take off the mat and into our daily lives.
