Immerse yourself in the art and science of the beautiful flow practice of Ashtanga vinyasa yoga. We will start on the Sunday with a led class including lots of technical and anatomical details of the postures to then go into the mysore-style (self-practice). The Morning classes will also include an introduction to kriya and pranayama. There will be three led practices and three self-practice classes within this intensive.
