I have a particular affinity with Himalayan Yin Yoga which is a strong grounded practice where we exercise our ligaments, tendons and fascia with long held static stretches, with maximal muscular disengagement. This can give rise to strong sensations, some of which can have emotions attached. These classes are certainly a safe space for you should anything shift within you, and I will do my utmost to nurture you through anything that does arise.

You are the map I have followed to self-knowledge and self trust. Your energy and good teachings have fuelled my humanness and reminds me that time spent with you is the sacredness I yearn for.
I love the healing element in yoga and its amazing health benefits. My belief is that disEASE is not caused just through biological imbalances and injury but by emotions, thoughts and experiences. My passion is Restorative Yoga.
