This is a two hour workshop that will cover the fundamentals of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. It will be guided to you in three parts: Breath technique, Sun Salutations and Relaxation/Meditation.
Immerse yourself in the art and science of the beautiful flow practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. We will start on the Sunday with a led class with technical and anatomical guidance of postures, in preparation for the self-practice classes. There will be three led practices and three self-practice classes within this intensive. The self-practicing sessions assist students to empower themselves in a more personalised approach to their own way of working with Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Your teacher is close by to assist and guide you all the way.
