This course is designed to make every new yogi feel comfortable with approaching the practice of yoga. This is a beautiful system to support and strengthen who you are. We take time in each class to explain the details of the poses and how to improve the quality of your breath. You will have a solid grasp on the basic poses and how to work your breath in unison with the movements. You will learn the sun salutations, standing and sitting poses, back bends and inversions. Each class ends with time spent resting. You will leave each class feeling like a new person.
