A brilliant course for deepening your experience with yoga.
Suitable for any student that has completed LEVEL ONE LEARN YOGA. We also welcome students that have been practicing for a little while but need to refresh some of the basics without needing to start from scratch.
Classes build incrementally re-enforcing the fundamentals of the practice. We break down the anatomy of the poses and how they work in relation to an individuals needs in respect to limitations and or injuries sustained in the past. The breath work is deepened with meditation beginning to be introduced at the end of each session. In this class students are still very well nurtured and looked after with modifications offered for all poses.
This is a great course for deepening your understanding of yoga and how it fits into your life.
