Welcome to yoga. This course is designed to make every new yogi feel right at home and
comfortable with approaching the practice of yoga. This is a beautiful system to support and strengthen who you are. We take time in each class to explain the details of the poses and
how to improve the quality of your breath. It’s step-by-step guidance in Ashtanga yoga. You will have a grasp on some basic poses and how to work your breath in unison with the movements. This course is suited to anyone wanting to learn the basics either for the first time or after a long time away from the practice. All are welcome. Any age. If you can breathe, you qualify. It’s time to feel good all the time.

Throughout the course you will learn the sequence of Sun Salutations, standing poses, sitting poses and inversions.
