Meditation is natural. It’s benefits are broad, from stress relief to improved health, for strong focus to inner calm. Still, most of us struggle to do it often enough, or at all. Either we don’t know how or we can’t make time for it.
This Himalayan technique of meditation draws on ancient practices that enhance the powerful flow of vibrations through your body that create a natural meditative state. You will learn where to focus your awareness, so that your meditation is deep, peaceful, and unforced. The technique, neither Hindu nor Buddhist, is based in the movement of currents within your energy field, giving you access to good meditations without struggling.
