Such a fun and surreal meditation experience. The evening starts off with a small introduction in preparation for the theme of the night. This event has been part of a series based on the elements and the focus of this one is based on The EARTH. Just because we use the word meditation in the title doesn't mean you need to have any experience with yoga at all. This is open to absolutely everyone. You arrive, you listen, you then lie down and the room you walked into completely transforms through a myriad of penetrating sounds. The aim is to feel completely absorbed by the experience and drawn into the heart of the EARTH energy completely dissolving tension from your body and mind, resulting in deep peace.
Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. Experience the dynamic stillness, clarity and inner calm that results when we balance the energy centres of the body and align our intentions with our actions. The focus of this workshop will be the earth element and grounding your energy. The practices offered will support a sense of connection with the natural world, inviting peace, calm and stillness into your body, mind and heart.
Connect with your favorite person and share the love of yoga through the powerful yet truly supportive practice of partner yoga. Partner yoga is a shared and fun experience of moving together through the poses. You can either come with someone you cherish or we can team you up with someone in the class. Either way, yoga is about union and reminding us that we all belong to each other.
